HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER PROGRAM

The Housing Choice Voucher program (HCVP) previously known as the Section 8 Program is a federally funded program that helps needy & disabled & elderly families with their monthly rental payments.

PUBLIC HOUSING PROGRAM APPLICATION

The Public Housing program which is referred to Low Rent is a federally funded program that assists low income families with rental assistance. The units are owned by the Housing Authority.

HARLINGEN AFFORDABLE HOUSING CORPORATION

Harlingen Affordable Housing Corporation was established for charitable and educational purposes. The corporation offers working families housing at affordable rates and scholarship opportunities.
